Return & Refund Policy

Due to the handcrafted and/or made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.

To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide a 360-degree uncut opening video clearly showing:

• The sealed parcel
• Our label on the package
• The unboxing process in one continuous shot
• Without continuous shot your video is not eligible

Please refer to the Instagram highlights for a proper example of how to record the video.

⚠️ No returns or refunds will be accepted without this video proof.

 

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at 9871415656. (Only WhatsApp no calls)
• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
• Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances.
• In case of a cancellation, no refund will be issued. Instead, a credit note equivalent to the order amount will be provided.
